This serves as a means to increase satisfaction and reduce sick leaves, as well as to improve team spirit, performance, innovation and motivation of the most important part of their business: the employees.
It has been scientifically proven that almost every type of meditation has a healing effect and enhances general well-being. Unfortunately, most of the jobs nowadays require a lot of sitting all day, which often leads to neck tension, pain or even cardiovascular disorders. This enormously increases the number of sickness-related failures and can lead to surgery and long rehabilitation periods from time to time.
