COVID-19 Symptom Screenings
The COVID-19 outbreak challenges employers and employees and there is a need for support. Therefore we launched a new health-check service for our clients. We support on-site screenings of the employees for Covid-19 before they come in to work.
Regular checks for workers could keep exposure to sick employees to a minimum and boost employees’ confidence about coming back to work.
Return to Work Screening
Our screening helps to detect possible COVID-19 symptoms in employees who return to work, such as an elevated temperature. We provide staffing and supplies to the business in order to perform a simple, two-step process:
- Questionnaire to screen for symptoms that may be consistent with COVID-19
- Performance of a non-invasive temperature check and respiratory symptom screening
All information gleaned will be treated as confidential medical information, in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures. We maintain social distancing, clean and disinfect medical equipment, and take other COVID-19 related precautions. After the screening, employees will be cleared for their return to work or redirected to HR or other designated client staff for further action.
