Return to work program
Employers have to take all necessary measures to safeguard their employees’ health while they return to the workplace. We help employers to establish a holistic return to work plan that takes into consideration measures for prevention and wellbeing.
Step 1: Analysis Introductive Workshop
The purpose will be to identify the challenges and concerns that the team is facing and to begin organizing the topics that will be the focus of the next workshops.
Step 2: Awareness Workshop
We will introduce your team to the science of wellbeing at work and leading insights of a positive mindset. By creating awareness of the topic, your team will begin to understand the correlation between performance and the right mindset.
Step 3: Engagement Workshop
Engagement is essential. The team will examine and brainstorm their overriding challenges and reflect on ways to improve them. Their personalized and team’s action plan will be defined to improve their situation and working environment. This workshop will include also discussions about the health, safety and wellbeing of employees. It is and remains an employer’s priority. To this effect and in relation to the employer’s duty of care towards employees, employers should establish a return to work plan that takes into consideration measures preventing disease transmission. The plan also needs to comply with applicable government regulations.
Step 4: Follow-up Workshop
This part is designed to formally follow up with the team on action plans outlined in the former workshops.
