The aim is to accompany employees on their way to conscious, meaningful, and self-responsible life, thus contributing to better health, satisfaction, and quality of life - both on an individual and social level. Reviews describe a statistically significant reduction in burnout among healthcare workers through various mindfulness-based procedures in 6 out of 8 studies (Luken & Sammons 2016).
A reduction in the symptoms of the disease, better handling of stressful situations, a deeper understanding, and a better acceptance of the problem was noted.
